Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Puducherry for a Studio Assistant & Workshop Facilitator. The role involves assisting in daily studio operations, conduct workshops, interacting with customers, and helping to maintain an organized, creative workspace. Responsibilities include guiding participants through pottery activities, assisting with clay preparation, glazing, and firing processes, and conducting basic administrative tasks. The role also involves photography for documentation and content creation in support of the studio's promotional efforts.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Photography skills for capturing workshop moments and documenting studio activities
• Interest or experience in Art, particularly pottery or ceramics
• Research skills to support material sourcing, workshop improvement, and trend analysis
• Passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a creative environment
• Flexibility to adjust to a dynamic workload and studio schedule
