On the 3rd of August 2026 we are proud to launch our next STAR (Student Training and Rotation) Program at SAP Hungary which offers a wide range of possibilities for you to continuously broaden your knowledge, skills and to pave the way for a thriving career. Besides the fact that you would grow personally and professionally after completing your studies you could consider employment in almost any area of the company as many of our graduates find their ideal job in the areas of software development, AI related services, product support, Dev.Ops. organizations, or customers facing consulting- and pre-sales area.
Important Information About The Structure Of The Program
At the beginning of the program, you will get an intense, 3-week-long onboarding including technical training for cloud technologies and software development methodology. Furthermore, in each following semester 2-4 days of technical or soft skills training will be provided to enhance your knowledge.
Please note: During the full month of August, an on-site presence in our Budapest office is mandatory to complete the onboarding successfully.
Your schedule looks as follows: In your first semester You will work in 16h and from the following ones the minimum 20h is the required.

How can you benefit from the program?
- Each semester, you'll rotate through different projects, ensuring that you'll learn many aspects of software development or other technology areas, such as DevOps cloud, AI, and many more.
- In July 2027, your work schedule will be full-time. In return, you'll have almost a month off in August 2027 (or pro-rated according to your actual schedule).
- You may also complete your required mandatory practice or thesis work under the umbrella of the STAR program.
- Active studies in one of the following fields: Computer Science and IT related faculties, Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Sciences, etc.
