Student Success Manager

We're hiring a Student Success Manager to help India's most ambitious students get into Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, and other top-20 global universities.

The role in 30 seconds: You'll own the week-to-week execution of student journeys — tracking progress, managing deadlines, and communicating with families. Our mentors set the strategy; you make sure it actually happens. Within 6 months, you'll be running your own portfolio of students with confidence.

You'll work directly with some of India's most promising young people — when they get into their dream university, you'll have played a critical role in making that happen.

What you'll do:

• Own student progress across essays, extracurriculars, and applications — identifying issues early and intervening proactively
• Be the primary contact for families on scheduling and progress; send proactive updates without being asked
• Coordinate between students, editors, and mentors to ensure applications are complete and submitted on time
• Translate mentor strategy into actionable task lists; flag concerns before they become problems
• Navigate difficult conversations: missed deadlines, underperformance, expectation mismatches

What you'll need:

• 2-6 years in a client-facing operational role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Genuine interest in education

Valued but not required: Experience with US/UK universities, background in admissions consulting, familiarity with project management tools. Also well-suited for candidates who've studied overseas and want to build a career in mentoring.

What you'll get:

• 5 days in-office (Golf Course Road, Gurgaon), 1 day WFH — hybrid considered for strong candidates
