Job Overview:
We are hiring Student Success Executives to handle student counseling and inside sales responsibilities. This role involves interacting with students/parents, explaining programs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with students/parents via calls (inside sales)
- Explain courses, features, and benefits clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain call logs and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet daily and monthly enrollment targets
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Freshers welcome
- Good communication in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Willing to work in a target-driven environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Skills Required:
