Role Description

The Structural Engineer will focus on designing, analyzing, and overseeing structural systems and metal fabrication projects. Responsibilities include performing structural calculations( Hand calcs, RISA, STAAD Pro), conducting structural analyses, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools(Inventor, REVIT) for project development. The role requires collaboration with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure product quality and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles to conceptualize and execute designs effectively.
• Proven ability to perform Structural Analysis and precise Calculations for assessing structural safety and performance.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems for creating and editing technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or progress toward obtaining it is preferred.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication and industrial equipment is an advantage.
