Structural Design Engineer

Graduation in Civil Engineering or Post-Graduation in Structural Engineering.

Should have minimum 7-10 years of experience in construction and supervision in Water Supply Infrastructure Works.

Must know and involved in structural design, drawing and technical specifications for bulk drinking water projects. Providing technical inputs in as per the CPHEEO manual provision

Develop structural designs, drawings, and specifications for water supply infrastructure components,

including reservoirs, tanks, pumping stations, treatment plants, and distribution networks.

Perform structural analysis and calculations using engineering software and methodologies to ensure

the safety, integrity, and durability of water supply structures under various loading conditions and

environmental factors.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations governing structural

design and construction, including seismic design criteria, wind loading requirements, and safety

guidelines.

Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to monitor the construction process,

inspect structural components, and ensure compliance with design specifications and industry

standards.

Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and construction drawings, documenting design

decisions, calculations, and recommendations, and communicating project status to stakeholders

effectively.
