Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in structural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and reviewing structural components for various construction projects while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Work on RCC and steel structure design as per applicable standards and codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams.
• Review and validate structural drawings and designs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in all design solutions.
• Assist in project planning and execution.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in structural design software:
• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• SAFE
• RCDC
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design codes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–4 years in structural design
• Education:
• M.E. in Structural Engineering or
• B.E. in Civil Engineering

Preferred Qualities

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
