We are looking for a passionate and analytical Data Scientist to join our Data Science, AI, and Automation team. In this role, you will build, deploy, and optimize machine learning and NLP solutions that solve real-world business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable AI applications using modern data science tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify actionable insights.
Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for text classification, information extraction, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation.
Build scalable data science pipelines for production deployment.
Collaborate with software engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Optimize model performance through experimentation and continuous improvement.
Document methodologies, experiments, and technical implementations.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies.

Required Skills

Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and model deployment.
Basic knowledge of Bash scripting.
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or NLP.
Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of MLOps tools and model lifecycle management.
Exposure to Computer Vision or Generative AI technologies.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
