The Opportunity As part of the AC Solutions Operations & Strategy team you will support real-time workforce dashboards and monthly trend reporting by cleaning, transforming, and validating data. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity to deliver quality work. Responsibilities Support the development of real-time workforce dashboards and monthly reporting Clean, transform, and validate data to maintain accuracy and reliability Create initial visual representations of data for better insights Automate routine scripts to enhance productivity in data processing Provide timely insights that contribute to predictive modeling and scenario planning Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth Uphold exceptional standards in deliverables and client interactions Navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions What You Must Have High School Diploma 2 years of experience in data analytics or BI, handling ETL, visualization, and basic automation in global or matrixed environments What Sets You Apart Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics preferred Skilled in data manipulation using Excel, SQL, Python, or R Skilled in building and maintaining Power BI/Tableau dashboards Creating automation scripts to enhance reporting efficiency Utilizing AI-assisted tagging for faster insight generation Excelling in critical thinking and troubleshooting data issues Working effectively with cross-functional teams Demonstrating learning agility with new AI/ML frameworks Maintaining rigorous attention to detail and documentation
