Early is India’s foremost full-stack weight loss platform, combining GLP-1 medication, doctor-led care, nutrition coaching, lab diagnostics and technology to treat obesity and metabolic health at the root. We focus on clinical, personalized, and data-driven care for sustainable results - not quick fixes. Key GLP-1 patents expire on March-20 in India, which will further fuel our hypergrowth.

What you'll be doing ?

• Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives
• Execute.
• Break down ambiguous problems and drive execution end-to-end
• Support business planning, research, and decision-making
• Coordinate across teams to ensure key projects move forward
• Track metrics, prepare reports, and highlight insights
• Handle special projects across product, operations, and growth

What we're looking for ?

• 3-4 years of experience in consulting or startups
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
• Ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Clear communication and ownership mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to execute independently
• Willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
