Strategy & Operations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing subscription and benefits program. In this role, you will help execute and manage operational initiatives, run experiments, analyze results, and ensure programs run smoothly for subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage subscription benefit programs using internal tools and systems

• Support the setup, tracking, and monitoring of operational experiments

• Analyze performance metrics using dashboards and internal data tools

• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth program execution

• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Operations, Product, and Analytics

• Continuously improve processes to make programs easier to launch and manage

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, or similar roles

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and performance metrics

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and execution-focused

• Comfortable learning and using new systems, tools, and dashboards

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
