Job Description
Talasha has been mandated to hire a Strategic Sales Manager (SaaS products) for a revolutionary SaaS based product company that provides industry specific niche solutions powered by AI. Their solutions enable businesses to streamline processes by leveraging data for better brand reputation & customer satisfaction Responsibilities - Take complete ownership of the sales strategy & cycle - from lead generation to deal closure for the portfolio of SAAS products & solutions Develop quarterly & yearly sales forecasts & lead the team to its fulfillment Build robust pipeline trackers & business development plans Identify & introduce the best-fit tech solution for the client's unique business process Build lasting relations with the CXOs of digital native businesses Ensure customer satisfaction to ensure retention as well leverage cross-sell/upsell other opportunities Good to have - 5 years plus of experience in selling SaaS products in the Indian market A thorough understanding of tech solutions & Saas products A storyteller who has a proven track record of closing high value tech deals A self starter who can work independently as well as lead a team Location- Gurgaon CTC - Rs. 15-30LPA (Basis last drawn)
