The role requires expertise in strategic marketing, GTM, analyst relations, IT services, and familiarity with AI tools and technology stacks is preferred.
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Manager – Analyst Relations & GTM to drive market positioning, analyst engagement, strategic messaging, and go-to-market initiatives for our IT services and digital transformation offerings.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:
- Strategic marketing and brand positioning
- Analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, ISG, etc.)
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy for IT services
- Executive communication and market intelligence
- AI-driven marketing tools and modern technology ecosystems
This role will work closely with leadership, sales, delivery, alliances, and solution teams to strengthen market visibility and analyst perception while supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & GTM
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build GTM strategies for IT services, digital engineering, cloud, AI, data, and enterprise technology offerings.
- Create differentiated positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
- Support demand generation campaigns in collaboration with sales and digital marketing teams.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend tracking.
Analyst Relations
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, presentations, and participation in industry evaluations/reports.
- Develop analyst engagement strategies to improve market perception and visibility.
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and leadership teams to prepare analyst narratives and responses.
- Track analyst feedback and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive creation of executive-level presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and strategic content.
- Support leadership branding and thought leadership initiatives.
- Work with solution and practice teams to articulate differentiated technology capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, delivery, alliances, and executive leadership teams.
- Support strategic pursuits, industry events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business priorities.
AI & Technology Enablement
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation technologies.
- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, Gen AI adoption, and modern enterprise technology stacks.
- Leverage data-driven insights for campaign optimization and market positioning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or related discipline

- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience handling global analyst engagement programs is an advantage
