Job Description

  • Own the entire marketing portfolio across multiple concurrent projects
  • Design and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to sales targets
  • Lead GTM planning and large-scale project launches
  • Drive high-investment, multi-channel campaigns (Digital, Brand, Channel & On-ground)
  • Take hands-on ownership of:
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    • Performance marketing & lead generation
    • Google Analytics, ROI tracking & funnel optimisation
  • Manage and optimise large annual marketing budgets with ROI accountability
  • Run multiple campaigns in parallel with clear performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing in-house marketing team
  • Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure revenue alignment

The Successful Applicant


  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • A strong track record in FMCG, D2C/E-commerce, Consumer Durables, Fintech/NBFC, EdTech, Automobile, or Telecom
  • Proven ability to manage large campaign spends and investment allocation
  • A deeply data-led decision-making mindset
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and multiple stakeholders
  • Clear, confident English communication and executive presentation skills
  • IT or Engineering degree (mandatory)
  • A blend of:
    • FMCG-grade strategic discipline
    • D2C-style digital sharpness
    • Investment acumen
    • Multi-campaign execution rigor
    • Strong people leadership
