The member must support in developing and executing communication initiatives that connect employees with org direction, culture, leadership messages and employee experience initiatives.

Work Scope

• Leadership & Executive communication, Business & Strategic communication,
• Internal communication (Employee magazine, Podcast, Radio, Digital channels),
• Employee and culture content production (Videos, articles, success stories),
• Crisis/Emergency/Business continuity communication,
• Organizational Transformation initiatives communication
• Org events hosting/moderation (rollouts, townhalls, leadership engagement)
