What You'll Do
- Proactively grow the profitable sales of Hilti solutions to a defined portfolio of Accounts within the Energy industry
- Plan and execute appropriate activities to new customer groups to ensure the rapid and accelerated introduction
- Work with key decision makers (principally Engineers) to secure specifications, technical approvals and
the technical sales force at Hilti.
- Working with Engineering firms get specifications on important projects and successful achievement related to
What You’ll Bring
- Able to define and implement long term business strategy
- Strategic mindset with ability to apply innovative thinking to resolve issues
- Engineering (Civil and or Mechanical Background) with strong Commercial or business capabilities
- Proven success in Petrochemical, Power and/ or Heavy Industry business preferred across 6 –10 years
- Experience with large customer accounts and be able to penetrate at various levels of the organization
- Experienced and confident in facilitating face-to-face sessions to audience at all job levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving
