​We are inviting 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 and 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 to work as Strategic Advisors to Chairmens of India’s Largest Corporates.

We are inviting Former Senior Bureaucrats, Ex-PSU Board Members, High Ranking Defense Officials and High-Level Gov Relations Advisors who possess deep, established relationships with Central Ministries, State Governments, and Top-tier PSUs.

We work directly with Promoters, Managing Directors, and Chairpersons of India’s largest corporates — from more than 500+ of India’s Top 1000 listed companies. We provide strategic support to large corporates & help them solve their largest challenges, appointing specialized Strategic Advisors who deliver tailored solutions.

This strategic council is being built for those who have spent decades within the halls of power and understand the "Decision-Making DNA" of the Indian State. This strategic council is being built quietly and selectively for FY 2026 - 2028 Group.

Who We Are Looking For

​1. The Policy & Ministry Architects (Grade A++)
Recently Retired / Former Senior Officials

• ​Bureaucracy: Former Union Secretaries, or Additional Secretaries who have led Ministries.

• ​State Relations: Former Chief / Principal Secretaries with deep-rooted access to Chief Ministers' Offices (CMO) and State Industrial Boards.

• ​Specialized Services: Senior retired officials from the IAS, IPS, or Indian Engineering Services with a track record of handling mega-projects.

​2. The PSU & Technical Power-Centers (Grade A+) Recently Retired / Former Board Members

• ​PSU Leadership: Former Chairmens, CMDs, Directors, and Executive Directors from Maharatna and Navratna companies (e.g., ONGC, NTPC, BHEL, GAIL, SAIL, RVNL).

• ​Strategic Procurement: Individuals who have chaired Procurement Committees or Tender Boards for large-scale government contracts.

• ​Defense Supply: Former high-ranking officers (Lt. Gen / Vice Admiral) involved in Capital Acquisitions and Ministry of Defense (MoD) liaisons.
