Job Description: Storyline Specialist ? eLearning Developer Position : Storyline Specialist Location : Delhi Employment Type : Full-Time Experience Level : 3 years Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Storyline Specialist to join our eLearning course development and localization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create engaging, learner-centered digital experiences. Key Responsibilities 1.????? eLearning Development : o??Create interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Camtasia. o??Incorporate multimedia elements, animations, and simulations to enhance learner engagement. o??Develop assessments, quizzes, and scenarios aligned with learning objectives. 2.????? Video Creation and Editing : o??Record and edit screen captures, tutorials, and instructional videos using Camtasia. o??Add voiceovers, captions, and other multimedia elements to ensure accessibility. 3.????? Collaboration : o??Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand content and learning goals. o??Ensure projects align with branding, style guides, and technical requirements. 4.????? Quality Assurance : o??Conduct testing to ensure functionality, compatibility, and accessibility of eLearning content. o??Debug and resolve issues in Storyline and Camtasia projects. 5.????? Project Management : o??Manage multiple eLearning projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. o??Maintain version control and organize files systematically for seamless collaboration. Required Skills and Qualifications 1.????? Technical Expertise : o??Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Camtasia Studio . o??Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration. o??Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive design principles. 2.????? Design Skills : o??Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and engaging visual elements. o??Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred). 3.????? eLearning and Instructional Design : o??Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. o??Experience developing scenario-based learning, gamification, or microlearning content. 4.????? Soft Skills : o??Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. o??Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. o??Time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
