Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end store operations at the project site.
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems (ERP/Excel).
Plan, control, and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and avoid excess/obsolete stock.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, and documentation of materials procured as per PO/Delivery Challans.
Ensure safe custody of materials with correct quantity and quality preservation.
Maintain material inward/outward registers, stock ledgers, and bin cards.
Handle inter-site material transfers with proper documentation and reconciliation.
Maintain records of construction materials, consumables, tools & tackles, formwork, electrical items, and spares.
Manage and update material and machinery issue/return records.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site execution teams for timely material availability.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, and housekeeping as per safety and quality norms.
Monitor material consumption and report variances, losses, or damages.
Support audits and stock verification by providing accurate data and explanations.
