About The Role

You will be responsible for the integrity of inventory activity at the store level through store auditing and analysis. Communicate issues and resolutions to the appropriate business partners. Support Scheduler & Data Integrity teams as needed with customer service, count scheduling, exceptions, new, closed, and dummy store issues. Understand the financial implications of position.

What You'll Do

  • Research and resolve DC to Store and Store to Store shipment exceptions
  • Review and action upon freight claim dispute emails from third party logistics providers
  • Monitor brand mailboxes and Service Now ticket queue and provide timely resolution to field inquiries
  • Perform and validate store inventory adjustments
  • Develop partnerships with stores, field leaders, Asset Protection, and Gap Tech to ensure the integrity of our inventory systems.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the store audit process
  • Communicate audit findings/issues with Store Support inventory group
  • Support the count scheduling process as needed
  • Support the data integrity process as needed

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1 – 3 years business experience in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and flex to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively communicate with business partners
  • Basic accounting/finance knowledge.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel (i.e., data manipulation through vlookup, subtotal, and text to column functions).
  • The candidate is expected to currently reside in Hyderabad, India.
  • Ability to adapt when necessary to work extended hours (including weekends) based on business needs
