As a full-time Store Supervisor at Feastary Hospitality LLP, based on-site in New Delhi, you will oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure seamless service and optimal customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, monitoring inventory, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. You will play an integral role in maintaining the store’s smooth operation by fostering a positive and efficient work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with an ability to manage and lead teams effectively
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication to build strong relationships with staff and customers
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience to deliver a positive dining experience
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage store operations efficiently
• Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and resolve challenges effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred
