Based in New Delhi, VASA Indica is redefining everyday luxury by offering a curated retail experience that bridges designers and discerning shoppers. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at our flagship New Delhi store. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires proven expertise in managing high-end, multi-designer retail environments. The Store Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day store operations with an eye for detail and efficiency. Managing brand on-boarding, stock replenishments, and visual merchandising. Ensuring a seamless customer experience through premium service standards. Coordinating with designers/brands for new collections, order placements, and consignment updates. Driving sales performance, clienteling, and repeat business. Implementing inventory control and loss prevention measures. Leading and mentoring the store team to deliver consistent excellence. Supporting events, exhibitions, and collaborations hosted by the store. Qualifications Proven experience as a Store Manager in a multi-designer or luxury retail store. Strong understanding of emerging designer retail, client expectations, and brand partnerships. Excellent customer service and clienteling skills with a luxury approach. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment. Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field is a plus.
