Store Manager & Sales

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager and Sales to lead our OMR outlet. If you enjoy managing people, delighting customers, and pushing sales performance while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, this role puts you right at the heart of our business.

You’ll be the person who ensures the team stays aligned, customers leave happy, and the outlet consistently hits its targets. From daily coordination to long-term growth, your leadership will directly shape the outlet’s success.

What You’ll Do:

Align daily tasks with the team and conduct regular staff huddle meetings

Oversee complete outlet operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

Handle customer interactions and ensure seamless vehicle delivery experiences

Drive in-store sales and improve overall customer conversion rates

Follow up on digital marketing leads and turn inquiries into confirmed customers

Increase revenue through add-on services and accessories

Achieve monthly store revenue targets of ₹18–20 Lakhs and weekly targets of ₹4 Lakhs

Share material and inventory requirements every 15 days to avoid stock gaps

Expand B2B sales reach and build new business connections

Improve Google reviews and maintain strong online reputation each month

Support employees, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive work environment

What You’ll Bring:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Confidence in handling customers and delivering excellent service

Sales-driven mindset with experience in achieving targets

Ability to coordinate multiple operations without losing attention to detail

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Experience in automobile, retail, service, or outlet management is preferred

Understanding of customer experience and upselling techniques
