JSV Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Store Manager - Rolling Mill Operations. In this full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi, you will oversee daily store operations, ensuring inventory management, stock organization, and retail loss prevention. The Store Manager will handle customer service responsibilities, employee supervision, and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Proven skills in Store Management, including inventory control and operational planning
• Experience in Customer Service and dedication to achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Leadership ability to guide and manage team members effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
• Relevant experience in steel manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred
