About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading the boutique's operations and ensuring a world-class luxury experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Full accountability for the boutique’s P&L and achievement of commercial targets.
• KPI Management: Constant analysis of business indicators (Conversion, UPT, ATV) to implement effective sales strategies.
• Excellence in Clienteling: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with local HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individuals) and VIP clients.
• Team Development: Recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver a world-class luxury experience.
• Operations & VM: Overseeing daily operations, stock management, and ensuring Visual Merchandising standards align with our global brand identity.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of retail management experience within the Luxury sector in India (experience in New Delhi’s luxury malls is highly preferred).
• Network: A strong existing portfolio of local VICs and a deep understanding of the Indian luxury consumer.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to drive business growth through CRM.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
