This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chandigarh. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and implement retail operational policies. Additional responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring sales performance, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring effective loss prevention practices.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Experience in Store Management and day-to-day operational oversight
• Knowledge and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a retail environment
• Prior experience in the retail or Ayurvedic industry is a plus
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
