KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for our LB Nagar location in Hyderabad. As a Store Manager at KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for individuals with a solid background in retail management who are passionate about driving sales and maintaining high standards of store performance.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our bakery products. You will also manage inventory, achieve sales targets, and ensure the store environment is well-maintained. This position offers a competitive salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, along with benefits including meals, insurance, and PF. The role requires working six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient functioning at KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd.
• Manage and motivate store staff to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
• Handle walk-in customers, address their needs, and provide exceptional service on behalf of KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to boost store performance.
• Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with all KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd. policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate degree or above.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations at KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team at KS Bakers Pvt. Ltd.
