Role Description The Store Manager role at iConcept is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, sales floor supervision, and ensuring that merchandising and visual standards align with Apple guidelines. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and store profitability. The Store Manager leads and coaches the team, resolves escalated customer issues, manages inventory and stock levels, and enforces retail loss prevention procedures. The position also involves coordinating with regional management, supporting product launches, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to delivering a premium in-store experience.
- Interpersonal skills such as Communication, with the ability to lead teams, provide clear instructions, and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Operational skills in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and overseeing daily retail operations.
- Risk and security skills related to Retail Loss Prevention, including monitoring procedures, reducing shrinkage, and ensuring compliance with store policies.
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in consumer electronics or branded retail environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
