As the Store Manager of one of our flagship stores you will be responsible for the leadership of your store, providing an exemplary customer experience to every patient and customer.

- Empower your team to nurture customer relationships to deliver sales through service.
- Inspire your team daily to deliver exceptional results
- Create a thriving store environment
- Work within your store alongside your team to assist customers and find the products and services that best meet their needs, offering solutions such as frame styling, clinical pre-testing, dispensing and much more, tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Use your commercial knowledge of your local community to develop great external relationships to help shape your store specific strategy to optimise patient care and profitability.
- Reporting to the Regional manager, you will work collaboratively with the regional team and the Support Office to influence and drive change to optimise business performance
- Develop your clinical knowledge through our industry-leading ‘Step into Optics’ training programme along with the practical experience you will receive in store.

- Experience leading a large team within a retail setting
