Role Description The Store Manager role at Beyondburg Inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. This role involves leading and coaching team members, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming store environment. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements promotional activities, and addresses customer feedback to improve overall store results. The position also requires managing cash handling procedures and coordinating with leadership on operational improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Proficient Store Management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operations oversight.
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage and enforcing store policies.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory control; familiarity with local food safety regulations is an advantage.
