Role Description The Store Manager role at Beyondburg Inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Proficient Store Management skills, including team supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day operations oversight.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage and enforcing store policies.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory control; familiarity with local food safety regulations is an advantage.
