Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager for our retail store in Hyderabad. This is an on-site role, responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store achieves its sales and profitability goals. The Store Manager will also ensure a seamless shopping experience, implement company policies, create staff schedules, and handle operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee daily operations and minimize shrinkage.
• Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with team members, customers, and stakeholders effectively.
• Leadership skills to motivate, manage, and develop store staff.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to handle store operations and resolve challenges efficiently.
• Previous experience in retail or store management is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
