Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Helper at our Khopoli location. The Store Helper will be responsible for assisting with stocking shelves, organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring the cleanliness of the store, and aiding customers in locating products. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and address their needs efficiently.
• Experience in Retail Sales and familiarity with basic sales techniques is preferred.
• Good Organization Skills to manage inventory, stock items effectively, and maintain store layouts.
• Ability to learn quickly and assist in Training team members if required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality are highly valued.
• Prior experience in a retail or supermarket environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic proficiency in local languages and ability to handle physical tasks related to store operations.
