Key Responsibilities:

 Mentorship & Guidance

o Conduct one-on-one and group mentoring sessions for students.

o Provide personalized support, clarify doubts, and ensure clarity on trading

fundamentals.

 Curriculum Development

o Collaborate with the content team to refine course material.

o Ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with current market trends.

 Teaching Trading Strategies

o Instruct students in various trading techniques: day trading, swing trading,

value investing, etc.

o Use real-life case studies and practical examples to enhance understanding.

 Risk Management Education

o Emphasize principles of capital preservation and disciplined trading.

o Introduce risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

 Technical Analysis

o Teach chart reading, technical indicators, and market trend identification.

o Help students develop data-driven trading approaches.

 Fundamental Analysis

o Train students to analyze company financials and market positioning.

o Discuss metrics for evaluating stock potential.

 Market Psychology

o Address psychological factors influencing trading behavior.

o Help students manage emotions and maintain rational decision-making.

 Performance Evaluation

o Review students’ trading practices and offer actionable feedback.

o Track learning outcomes and adjust mentorship accordingly.

 Webinars & Workshops

o Host live sessions, Q&As, and interactive workshops to engage and support

learners.

 Continuous Learning

o Stay updated with stock market trends, trading tools, and regulatory changes.

o Integrate the latest knowledge into teaching modules.

Candidate Requirements:

 Educational Qualification:

o Bachelor's or Master’s Degree

o NSE or NISM Certification – Mandatory

 Experience:

o Minimum 2–3 years of active trading experience (mandatory)

 Skill Set:

o Strong knowledge of the stock market (mandatory)

o Expertise in Options Trading and Advanced Price Action

o Effective teaching and communication skills

o Proficiency in Hindi, English, and at least one regional language (mandatory)
