Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karjat. As a Steward at Oleander Farms, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Daily responsibilities include assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all dining areas, and providing outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations, follow hygiene and safety standards, and address guest needs with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address guest requests professionally.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations to support seamless meal experiences.
• Ability to assist in Training and mentoring team members to maintain high service standards.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in hospitality settings is an added advantage.
