Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a STEM Toy Designer. The STEM Toy Designer will conceptualize, design, and develop innovative educational toys that align with STEM learning objectives and global education standards. Other responsibilities include researching trends in education and toy design, creating prototypes, testing designs for usability and safety, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the toys meet quality and learning goals. The role also involves documenting product development processes and making improvements based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Design, Prototyping, and 3D Modeling
• Understanding of STEM education principles and child development
• Ability to conceptualize and translate educational content into engaging, hands-on play experiences
• Skills in Research, Trend Analysis, and Testing for usability and safety
• Experience with materials selection and cost-effective manufacturing processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators and design teams
• Attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback for iterative improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Expertise in Coral Draw software and rendering software is a must.
