Position: STEM Educator

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative STEM Educator to engage young learners (3–8 years) through fun, hands-on, and interactive activities. The ideal candidate should inspire curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving by introducing foundational concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in an age-appropriate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons for children aged 3–8 years.
• Conduct hands-on experiments, robotics, coding, engineering, and science activities using age-appropriate learning materials.
• Foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through experiential learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage teamwork, communication, and independent thinking among students.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school coordinators.
• Maintain STEM kits, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
• Participate in school events, exhibitions, workshops, and STEM fairs.
• Ensure classroom discipline while making learning enjoyable and interactive.
• Stay updated with the latest STEM education trends and teaching methodologies.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• Certification or training in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, or Early Childhood Education is an added advantage.
  
  

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in teaching young children (Pre-K to Grade 3) or conducting STEM/Robotics/Coding classes.
