State Head

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven State Head to lead the Kerala business operations for Health and Motor Insurance verticals. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing operations, leading a team, and ensuring manpower planning across the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Health & Motor Insurance business across Kerala
• Lead and manage a team of 10 members
• Achieve state-level sales and revenue targets
• Ensure smooth business operations and process compliance
• Monitor productivity, renewals, and overall team performance
• Coordinate recruitment and manpower planning activities
• Build strong relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders
• Provide regular MIS and business performance reports

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Insurance Sales & Operations
• Strong exposure in Health and Motor Insurance
• Experience in handling teams and driving business targets
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multi-location operations
