This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 30-50 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Frontend Engineer who will play a critical role in shaping and executing the technical vision for our product. In this role, you will make organization-level impact by leading complex engineering initiatives, delivering high-quality features, and setting technical standards across the team. You will be a hands-on expert who tackles the most challenging frontend implementations, mentors engineers, and ensures timely, high-quality execution. Requirements Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end delivery of major product initiatives, ensuring scalable architecture, reliable performance, and exceptional user experience. Lead and mentor engineering team members, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and best practices across the codebase. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define requirements, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Own and enhance frontend engineering processes, including performance optimization, debugging, testing strategies, and deployment quality. Provide deep technical expertise in complex implementation areas and guide critical architectural decisions. Tech Stack Frontend: React Native, ReactJS, Next.js Backend: FastAPI, PostgreSQL What Drives Success In This Role Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile environment. Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React Native, ReactJS, and Next.js. Exposure to native iOS and Android development is highly preferred. Delivery Ownership: Proven track record of managing projects from concept through production deployment with accountability for outcomes. Testing & Quality: Ability to debug complex native integrations, optimize app performance, and ensure high-quality releases. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated history of technical ownership, leading teams or initiatives, and driving high-impact engineering decisions.
