Job Description

We are seeking elite Staff Frontend Engineers to lead design and architecture of scalable enterprise frontend applications. Work onsite to drive technical strategy for complex flows like contract checkout, invoicing, and self-serve enterprise platforms using React/TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

Lead frontend architecture for scalable enterprise applications
Drive technical strategy for checkout, invoicing, and self-serve flows
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, designers, and backend teams
Champion engineering excellence — performance, accessibility, and security
Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews/RFC processes
Implement A/B testing and metrics-driven frontend improvements
Guide the team on testing standards (unit/integration/e2e)

Required Technical Skills

Core Frontend: React 18+, TypeScript 5+, HTML5, CSS3, modern frameworks

Architecture: State management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil), component libraries

Performance: Code splitting, lazy loading, SSR/SSG, web vitals optimization

Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright, e2e automation

Build Tools: Vite/Webpack, ESBuild, module federation

Enterprise: Accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, browser compatibility
