Position Title: Staff Engineer ML Job Description: Roles & responsibilities: Hands on code writing skills, conducts code reviews and works continuously on code quality improvements Performs advanced development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge and highly developed business expertise Partners with Architects to work on low level designs Leads large projects and programs with limited or no oversight Evaluates business and software industry trends and suggests improvements to processes, products and services Propose and champion new ideas, technologies, or process improvements that can enhance the development process and product quality. Sets standards to deliver high-quality products and services; Sets high standards for self and others Experience Required: 9-12 years of experience in Data Engineering / Machine Learning 3-4 years of experience in managing Delivery of Machine Learning projects Specialized knowledge in programming, knowledge and / or experience in Python programming skills Specialized knowledge with software development methodologies (Agile). Specialized knowledge in distributed computing frameworks / databases / machine learning libraries, algorithms & metrics for forecasting, recommendations and optimizations Competencies: Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
