Staff Engineer - Full Stack

Job Description

What You Will Do: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET (C#) and Angular or React. Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and database interactions using MS SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB). Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and QA Engineers. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. What You Need: Required Skills: 7–11 years of professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and Entity Framework. Hands-on experience with Angular (v8+) or React.js. Proficiency with MS SQL Server and experience with NoSQL databases (preferably Azure Cosmos DB). Solid experience with Azure Cloud Services including App Services, Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps. Exposure to Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB is desirable. Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent). Strong understanding of Git-based version control workflows. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams with excellent communication. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-204: Developing Solutions, AZ-400: DevOps Engineering). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with monitoring, logging, and security in Azure (Application Insights, Key Vault, RBAC) is an added advantage.
