Job Description Of State Sales Manager

JOB TITLE : SSM - State Sales Manager

LOCATION : Tamil Nadu, HQ - Chennai

EXPERIENCE : 10

NATURE OF JOB : Regular

QUALIFICATION : Any UG/PG Degree who can handle General Trade

INDUSTRY : Food Division Melam

COMPENSATION : 11 Lakhs Per Annum Maximum

  • Motivating monitoring the performance of the team.

Key Roles Responsibilities Of Ssm

  • Fully responsible for the end-to-end sales function across the state.
  • To work along with the senior sales management team.
  • To work for the business goals of the assigned state, translating the business goals into actionable strategies that drive sales and lead to the timely achievement of targets.
  • To create, develop, and implement periodical sales action plans for the region.
  • To support and drive the sales team and monitor their calls conversion on a daily.
  • To launch different sales programs/ sales plans in the market as communicated by superiors
  • To expand the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence by adopting new strategies.
  • To participate in the TDC meeting, offer suggestions, and follow-ups.
  • Developing a new distribution network by appointing new distributors managing the existing distribution network.
  • Recruiting and training the sales staff, allocating areas as and when required.
  • Managing complete business operations, inclusive of total turnaround with accountability for profitability executing pre-designated targets in a given time frame.
  • Ensure tab data is correctly captured and analysed by the team members and self.
  • Collecting customer feedback and participating in market research.

  • Team performance, CF, Distributors Performance.
  • Business results periodical, Sales Staff behaviors.
  • Competitor Strategies.
