This is a full-time, on-site Safety, Security, and Health Officer (SSHO) role at Diversified Construction of Oklahoma located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Safety, Security, and Health Officer (SSHO) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations relating to occupational health and safety. The Safety, Security, and Health Officer (SSHO) will also provide training and support to employees to ensure a safe and secure working environment, identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions, and manage incident reporting and investigation procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably in construction or related industry
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and standards relating to occupational health and safety
• Experience conducting safety training programs and developing safety policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred
