Sr./Jr. Full Stack Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sr./Jr. Full Stack Developer who are proficient in React JS, .Net Core and MySQL. Familiarity with Agile SCRUM concepts and best practices in React code optimization is essential. If you have at least 5 years/2 years of experience in full stack development and are passionate about creating SaaS product, we would love to meet you! You will work closely with development and business teams while reporting to the Engineering Manager. Key responsibilities: - 1. Development & Optimization: o Ability to convert requirements into Tasks and execute them. o Implement new features and user interfaces from wireframe. o Collaborates with UX/UI/Business team to understand and create/expose required API which suffice the UX/UI need using .Net Core and MySQL database. o Develop and maintain high-quality frontend UI, reusable code for our ecommerce platform using React JS. o Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices. o Collaborate with other team members to integrate user-facing elements as well as backend APIs with server-side and client-side logic. o Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality and consistency. 2. Agile SCRUM Practices: o Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. o Contribute to sprint goals by effectively managing time and priorities. o Provide accurate estimates for development tasks and deliver high-quality work on time. o Utilize JIRA for project management, tracking, and workflow optimization. 3. Technical Leadership: o Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team. o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge. o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions that are both effective and scalable. Required Skills and Experience: - ? Experience in Loyalty domain will be a plus. ? At least 5 years of experience/2 years in backend development with a strong focus on .Net Core & MySQL. ? At least 3 years/1.5 of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS. ? Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge of C# OOPs concepts including SOLID, DRY Principles and different design patterns. o Worked on (event-driven/backend-asynchronous) development. o Knowledge/experience of working with Microservice architecture. o Able to create custom/reusable code base to work with multiple microservices using .net Core. o Worked with API authentication/authorization implementation like JWT, OAuth. o Worked with Swagger OpenAPI implementation. o Worked with Entity Framework and Linq Query. o Proficient in JavaScript, React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. o Knowledge of version control (Bitbucket) systems. ? Familiar/worked with Multi-Tenant SaaS product architect. ? Familiarity with Agile SCRUM concepts and experience working in an Agile environment. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
