We're looking for a Webflow Developer to join our core team, who approaches their work through this very lens.? As our go-to Webflow expert , you?ll take full ownership of our Webflow projects, ensuring every site we build is fast, scalable, and pixel-perfect.?We?re growing, and you?ll play a critical role in helping us scale our Webflow capabilities , establish best practices , and mentor future team members as we work with bigger brands?both in India and globally. What You?ll Do: Build Next-Level Websites: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GSAP . Seamless Animations & Interactivity: Implement smooth, high-performance animations with GSAP while optimizing performance and minimizing reliance on Webflow?s native animations. SEO-Driven Development: Ensure every site follows SEO best practices , from clean code to metadata optimization. Data-Driven Insights: Integrate tracking and analytics tools like GA-4, Hotjar, and Microclarity to refine and improve user experiences. Scalable, Modular Components: Leverage Finsweet?s ecosystem, Client-First framework, and custom attributes to build scalable, reusable design systems. Advanced Functionalities & Custom Code: Enhance Webflow capabilities with third-party APIs, SplideJS, and custom JavaScript solutions to create truly dynamic experiences. Design & Dev Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to translate complex ideas into fully functional, engaging web experiences. Autonomy & Ownership: Manage complex tasks end-to-end , working independently while collaborating with the team for the best possible results. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest Webflow trends, web development techniques, and best practices . What You Bring Pro-level Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience (GSAP mastery is a huge plus). Strong understanding of SEO principles and their practical implementation. Familiarity with Finsweet?s ecosystem, Client-First framework, and Attributes. Hands-on experience with SplideJS, third-party APIs, and advanced custom JavaScript. Knowledge of GA-4, Hotjar, Microclarity, or similar analytics tools for user insights. Proven ability to build scalable, reusable Webflow components. Excellent problem-solving skills, especially when tackling complex, ambiguous requirements. Strong communication and collaboration skills - you can work across teams with ease. Bonus Points If You? Are a Webflow Certified Partner. Can be a strategic thought-partner for clients and internal teams. Have experience working with large-scale, multi-page, dynamic websites. Why Parallel?
