Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior UX Designer located in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating prototypes, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The role also includes responsibilities in crafting visually appealing designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies Experience with User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping Strong skills in Visual Design and aesthetic design practices Ability to collaborate in team settings and communicate design rationale effectively Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields Experience in creating user-centered designs for healthcare or fintech industries is a plus
