Job Title: Sr TIBCO Developer Experience- 6+yrs Location: Bangalore Shift: 2 PM ? 11 PM IST (Hybrid ? 3 Days Office) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Sr TIBCO Developer with 6?8 years of experience , including 3?5 years of hands-on expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x, 6.x, CE) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain complex middleware and integration solutions that support mission-critical business applications. This role requires strong proficiency in TIBCO BW , along with working knowledge of Azure cloud services to build scalable, API-led, event-driven, and microservice-based integrations. Key Responsibilities 1. Integration Solution Development Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5/6/CE) . Build complex process models, workflows, and data transformations across ERP, CRM, legacy, and cloud systems. 2. Cloud Integration (Azure/AWS) Deploy and manage TIBCO applications on Azure using services such as APIM, Service Bus, Functions, AKS . Exposure to AWS components like S3, Lambda for hybrid or containerized deployments. 3. API & Microservices Development Develop and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and microservices using Java / Spring Boot . Implement event-driven patterns using TIBCO EMS for real-time messaging. 4. Migration & Modernization Lead migration initiatives from BW5 to BW6/CE , applying cloud-native patterns for scalability and efficiency. 5. Testing & Deployment Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing using TIBCO Hawk and Azure DevOps . Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines . 6. Monitoring & Troubleshooting Monitor production performance using TIBCO Administrator, Azure Monitor . Diagnose and resolve issues in HA/mission-critical environments ensuring 99.9% uptime . 7. Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with architects, business teams, and DevOps to gather requirements and create technical documentation. Provide input on industry best practices, API-led connectivity, serverless models, and integration trends. 8. Optimization & Innovation Explore advanced TIBCO adapters, ActiveMatrix, Azure AI/ML, and other emerging technologies to improve integration performance and security. Required Qualifications Experience: 6?8 years of software development experience. Minimum 3?5 years hands-on experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x, 6.x, CE) and TIBCO EMS . Technical Skills: Strong TIBCO Suite experience: BW 6.x/CE, EMS, Hawk, Adapters, BusinessEvents . Solid exposure to Azure Cloud : APIM, Service Bus, AKS, DevOps. Proficiency in Java (8+), XML/XSLT, SQL (Oracle/MongoDB) . Good understanding of SOA, ESB integration patterns , and API-led architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Jira). Education: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master?s preferred). Certifications: TIBCO Certified Professional (BusinessWorks) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) preferred. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Ability to work in high-paced, dynamic environments. Good-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory) Microservices development experience with Spring Boot . Containerization exposure: Docker, OpenShift . Knowledge of additional TIBCO tools like ActiveSpace, Flogo . Experience with multi-cloud (AWS/GCP) environments. Experience in real-time, high-volume domains (Finance, Logistics, E-commerce). Contributions to open-source integration or related GitHub projects.
