Job Description

Role Summary

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team, drive delivery excellence, and personally handle strategic and leadership hiring mandates. This role requires a strong blend of hands-on recruiting, stakeholder management, team leadership, and process/KPI ownership.


Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Hiring & Delivery Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior, niche, and high-priority roles (Manager to C-suite).
  • Conduct deep requirement intake with clients and translate into strong sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Build targeted talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
  • Ensure strong shortlists with high alignment, speed, and quality.

2) Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Manage and mentor recruiters: daily prioritization, coaching, feedback, and quality control.
  • Set weekly targets and ensure accountability on sourcing, submissions, interviews, and closures.
  • Run team huddles, pipeline reviews, and role-briefing sessions to remove blockers fast.
  • Improve recruiter capability through training, scripts, scorecards, and roleplays.

3) Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Be the primary point of contact for key clients for hiring delivery updates and alignment.
  • Proactively manage expectations, timelines, and feedback loops to reduce drop-offs.
  • Build trust through insight-led recruitment (market mapping, salary benchmarks, competitor insights).

4) Recruitment Operations & Process Excellence

  • Maintain CRM/ATS hygiene: accurate pipelines, stage tracking, notes, and reporting.
  • Build and enforce recruitment SOPs: intake forms, scorecards, interview coordination, follow-ups.
  • Track and improve core metrics: TAT, submittal-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, offer acceptance.


Requirements

  • 7–12 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven success managing senior/niche/strategic hiring with strong closure track record.
  • Prior experience leading a recruitment team and driving KPIs.
  • Strong sourcing expertise (LinkedIn Recruiter, NaukriGulf/Indeed/Bayt etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong process orientation—comfortable with SOPs, trackers, and dashboards.
