Job Summary BMC Helix Discovery & Service Modelling Consultant: 8+ years of hands on experience in implementation, administration, and support of BMC TrueSight and BMC Helix Discovery. Proven expertise in both on premise and SaaS based BMC Discovery platforms, including Helix CMDB. Strong ability to conduct workshops, gather/analyze requirements, and design scalable and effective discovery and service modeling solutions. Extensive experience in discovering diverse IT assets including all OS types, databases, network devices, storage systems, cloud resources (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes containers, and enhanced mainframe environments. Skilled in configuring Discovery Outposts, scanners, and REST API based discoveries. Integrated Discovery with third party credential vaults like CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault. Expertise in Start Anywhere Application Modeling and creating Business Applications and Services. Deep understanding of CMDB processes including Identification, Reconciliation, Normalization, and Job configurations. Proficient in creating blueprints and end to end Business Service Modeling in alignment with organizational goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement. Key Skills 1.
