About this opportunity:

The Senior Developer role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end design and development of telecom software products and solutions, including components, nodes, and system-level integrations. As a senior member of a cross-functional Agile team, you will play a key role in shaping architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality product delivery aligned with Lean practices and continuous improvement principles. This position provides strong exposure to complex, distributed network environments and customer-facing solutions, with ownership of delivery excellence and long-term technical direction.

What you will do:

• Lead requirement analysis, architecture definition, detailed design, integration, and verification activities.
• Drive end-to-end development of telecom software components and system-level integrations.
• Ensure adherence to established product development principles, process flows, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain strong customer focus while delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
• Support CI/CD adoption, automated build, deployment frameworks, and integration/testing practices
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Strong programming expertise in C, C++, and Java.
• Solid experience in system-level software design within telecom or distributed network environments.
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automated build and deployment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of integration and verification processes.
• Proven architectural thinking and performance optimization capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in evolving environments with structured planning and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
